Overview

My job is to do a web page on bases. This could be interesting... or a complete disaster!


How many Bases?

Some examples of bases are:
  • Base 10 (Decimal System) - e.g. 50
  • Base 2
  • Base 3
  • Base 4
  • and Base 5
You may also commonly find uses of bases 6, 7, 8 & 9.

  1. Group 28 into these following bases:

  2. Convert these numbers from base 2 to decimals (base 10)

    3. Base 6
